SHIPPING:

Q: Where do you ship from? 

A: We have two warehouses, one based in Canada, the other in the United States. Based on your address your product will ship from the corresponding warehouse.

Q: What product ships from Canada?  

A: Currently all products ship from Canada.  

 

Q: What can be shipped within the United States?  

A: Currently we ship the Hexagon, Prism, Glassware set, and Banger from California with relevant shipping rates for local shipping. 

 

Q: What if I want a product only available in Canada, but my address in the United States?  

A: If you order from our Canada-only page to an address in the United States a flat rate of $40 will be applied to your shipment. All customers must be of legal age in their province, state, or country. 

 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Domestic orders take 1-7 business days. After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided. If you do not see a tracking number, you can request one by contacting info@brntgroup.com 

 

Q: Is your packaging discreet? Will someone know I bought a cannabis accessory? 

A: Our shipping package is discreet, a simple brown box. Once you open it, you will see our classic luxury packaging.  

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: Currently we only ship from our warehouses in Canada and the United States to addresses in North America.  

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

    • BRNT does not ship to P.O box addresses or rural postal codes. Please allow additional time for orders shipping to remote locations. 

    RETURN POLICY:

    • For purchases made online, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days at the sender’s expense for return shipping. Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
    • Purchases made outside of Canada are not eligible for returns.

       

      DAMAGED PRODUCTS: 

      In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@brntgroup.com within 5 business days of order delivery with a description and 2-3 pictures of the damaged products. If you are entitled to a replacement, one will be sent out in a timely manner.
