When will my order be shipped? 
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. 

What can BRNT products be used for? 
All BRNT products make the perfect centerpiece for any home or office décor. They offer other benefits for personal use that BRNT cannot be held liable for. Please refer to our terms of service for more information. 

Are all products identical? 
Since each one of our products are handmade, each unit will have miniscule differences that make each one unique. None of these differences will affect the functionality or durability of the product. 

Do you issue refunds? 
Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days at the sender’s expense for return shipping. Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
